No, a VSV is not an STD

The MarySlim (Mary-Kate would have been funnier) is the first *VSV *(Very Slender Vessel) that was built as a "Yacht". VSV's were developed for use by military and special forces. The hulls are unique because they enable the boats to ‘pierce’ through large waves instead of skipping over top of each wave. Cruising at speeds of 28 - 35 knots and capable of speeds of more than 60 knots the needle-like MarySlim is a 72-foot wave-piercing yacht which was designed and created by Multimarine Composites Limited.

The 3 million boat can cut through waves in any conditions and the hull and windscreen have been constructed to withstand the pressure of 50 tons of water. The MarySlim is one bad ass VSV!
